Stir fry it is

I try every weekend to pre-bake a bunch of brown rice so that I can portion out and have ready for quick meals.  I always tend to go the way of the stir fry when I am short on time. 
For this batch of rice I mixed rye berries in with the brown rice.  Made it very hearty.  This "toss about" had broccoli slaw, sweet pea pods, kale, onion, peppers, mushrooms and my last batch of seitan.  I spiced it up with curry powder, Braggs and salt & pepper.
